Each project is micro-researched quarterly, and over 100 fields of critical data are collected and included in a "Community Snapshot" individual report. All complexes are visited at least once a year by our locally based, professional research staff and property management is interviewed on-site. Our total market coverage also includes mystery shopping of projects for accurate and fully comprehensive market wide data. Our analytics and methodology are specifically designed for commercial real estate executives at all tiers of management. Comprehensive historical data is included in nine Market Overview Trend Reports. Additionally, we also perform a New Product Pipeline Report detailing all planned and under construction projects, and a Condominium Conversion Report of rentals converting to for sale units. Our industry standard reports include total market micro-research of 248 conversions (100+ unit complexes) containing 62,208 units in South Florida that have initiated sales since January, 2003.
